Dr. Stanley Andrisse, P2P Executive Director
Dr. Andrisse is a formerly incarcerated person with three felony convictions, sentenced to ten-years in prison. He was told by the prosecutor that he had no hope for change. He is now an endocrinologist scientist and faculty at Howard University College of Medicine, affiliate at Georgetown University Medical Center, and former faculty at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
William Freeman
William served more than 20 consecutive years incarcerated in Maryland. In that time, he completed, co-founded, and facilitated numerous educational and self-help cognitive programs--including 75 Goucher College credits through Goucher Prison Education Partnership.
Ruthe Huang
Ruthe is a data scientist with over five years of experience as a GED, SAT, and GRE tutor. She specializes in making math concepts comprehensible and conquerable for all students, honing her skills at YO! Baltimore, From Prison Cells to PhD, and other organizations in Baltimore.
Dr. Zaria Davis
Dr. Zaria Davis is a mentor, educator, and criminal justice reform advocate. She serves as a Senior Associate for Pretrial Justice Institute and consultant through her business, New Direction Coaching & Consulting, LLC with Operation Restoration for Unlock Higher Ed.
